On the top right of every report (except the Auditor currently) there are PDF and CSV icons. Please note that these are what we like to call "What you see is what you get" PDF and CSV exports. We say this because when you change the sorting of a column in a report and then filter the report's data in some fashion and then click on one of these export options, these changes in how the data is structured will be reflected in the PDF or CSV that is exported. This is also true of pagination. For example if you select to only show 25 rows at a time, then the PDF or CSV will only export the first 25 rows of data.
