Low Hanging Fruit (LHF) is designed to point out keywords that you can better target in on-page locations to increase your rankings. There are a few important things to keep in mind when using this tool.
To determine keyword targets, LHF uses SEMRush's keyword database of 40 million keywords. This means that if you are not ranking for any terms in SEMRush, LHF will not have any data to work with. Additionally, the list of keywords in LHF is not the complete list of SEMRush keyword you are ranking for; LHF is designed to point out only areas of improvement. Therefore if you have a keyword that is already heavily optimized, it will be excluded from the LHF report.
To determine if you should implement the LHF keywords in on-page locations already occupied by other important keywords; use the SEMRush report to gauge how much more potential traffic you may gain over the keywords you're already optimized for.
