It is important to note that selecting your search engine countries in the profile wizard only effects the SERP Tracker; all other location based search data is provided by SEMRush. This includes the Low Hanging Fruit Report and the Google data in Scorecard.

For example, if you select UK as the SEMRush country for a profile, the search and keyword data for all sites in that profile will be pulled form the UK database. If you wish to see data from another country you will have to create a new profile (data in the SERP Tracker will still be pulled from every search engine you select).
